Internship

Video Editor

We produce short-form and long-form ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google on behalf of ecommerce brands. We need editors who can take raw footage, UGC clips, or still assets and cut them into clean, punchy, on-brand ad content — consistently and quickly.

This is an internship. You don't need to be expert-level. You need basic to intermediate practical editing experience, a good eye, and the attitude to take feedback and apply it. We will teach you what high-performing ad creative actually looks like inside a real paid ads operation.

What matters

  • You've actually edited real videos before — even personal projects, social content, or practice work counts.

  • You can follow a creative brief, hit a deadline, and not need chasing.

  • You want to understand why an ad works, not just make it look good.

💡 No salary during the internship — this is skills-for-real-experience. Interns who deliver consistently are the first people offered paid monthly or project-based roles as the team grows.
